    The beach was fine and well-maintained, free of sargasso, thanks to daily cleaning. The dining experience stood out, especially the very nice steaks at Toro and the delicious salmon sandwich at the casual seafood spot. The crowded pool area can be overwhelming, especially on busy weekends, and the adjoining room setup allowed too much noise from neighbors, frustration.

    Got exquisite deluxe king room on level 7 when arrived, liked that. Top-class staff suggested restaurants. The location was perfect and prime, just a pleasant stroll away from H Roof. You could walk to a shopping mall and a market.

    Pool chair reservations feel like a cash grab!!! Room lock quality should improve to avoid constant issues with demagnetization. Dining options need better variety beyond the typical American fare!!!

    great amenities but limited shade at the pool

    The Rock Royalty service significantly enhanced my experience, offering a dedicated concierge who was quick to provide assistance when I needed it. The room featured nice touches like aromatherapy pillows and a great view of the ocean. The large main pool provided ample space for activities and relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the fine sea view from my room.

    I appreciated its fairly friendly and affable employees.

    I booked king room with shower, tequila, the A/C. The property's location was favourable and amazing, to the aquarium. It was also next to the Mexican restaurant as well as the marina.

    Just a good pick for a speedy visit in Cancun with very nice value for money. Loved the beautiful sunsets from our lagoon view room. If you're heading to the beach, get there early for a good spot.
